The company began in September 1993, when it was established as a single proprietorship known as P.A. Alvarez Realty. Its first residential subdivision project in San Pedro, Laguna (named after St. Joseph the Worker), comprised of 200 units that were completely sold in less than four months.

In August 1994, the business was registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission as P.A. Alvarez Properties and Development Corporation (now mostly known as P.A. Properties), under the dynamic leadership of Mr. Romarico “Bing” T. Alvarez as President and Chief Executive Officer.

Building on its initial success, the company continued to develop St. Joseph Villages in different sites in the Laguna province.

P.A. Properties will continue serving its markets by maintaining affordable housing packages.

It already built about 19,000 low- to medium-cost housing units.

Its 500-strong workforce serves as the foundation of the company, along with its thousands of agents, brokers, and contractors.

Along with strengthening its workforce capabilities, P.A. Properties is also innovating by using modern construction techniques to build housing units that are affordable (mura); beautiful (maganda); durable (matibay); and deliver these housing units on time (mabilis) to its buyers.

With its organizational strengths and financial capabilities, P.A. Properties aims to build 15,000 more housing units in Northern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao in the next five years.

Thus, complementing these thrusts are the company’s effort to design more functional houses and to formulate better pricing packages, ultimately meeting the housing needs of the public at affordable rates and payment schemes.

Thanks to solid working relationships with various banks and financial institutions, P.A. Properties has been able to maintain a healthy financial profile, sustainable operations, as well as better funding mechanisms for its buyers.

Internally, the company has focused on creating and strengthening a professional corporate environment for its people. Our people are also passionate in helping others in need, as exemplified in our various corporate responsibility activities on education and health of underprivileged children and persons with disabilities; disaster relief and rehabilitation; and spiritual wellness.

Apart from taking care of its employees’ overall welfare, P.A. Properties has expanded its headquarters to boost productivity and provided a bigger venue for sales, trainings / workshops, and meetings.
