This 2020, we are observing the new normal. We spend most of our time in the comforts of our home, whether it may be you working from home, attending online classes or simply spending time with your family. We are busy adapting to these necessary changes — some of us might have renovated our homes, and these times are the best chance to optimize our home to a healthy and stress-free environment.

One we can do is planting indoors. Indoor plants are the easiest to maintain, they consume less space and perfect for home decoration. Aside for their aesthetic purposes, some studies shows that indoor plants help purify the air of its surroundings by getting rid of air pollutants like benzene, formaldehyde, xylene, toluene and others. In exchange, plants release oxygen for us.

1. Snake Plant

For starters, we recommend you this plant. 3. Dracaena

4. Zanzibar Gem

Also called as the ZZ Plant, is a drought tolerant plant. You can expect this plant will require little care from you, but in return it will perform its best in air purifying while sitting independently on your pots or shelves.
