Idesia City is more complete with today’s inaugurationsApril 23, 2022
DASMARIÑAS CITY, CAVITE – Big things are happening at Idesia City. The developers behind the 37-hectare township, previously known as Idesia Dasmariñas, announced the inauguration of Idesia City, an important milestone to mark the development’s transformation from a residential to a township/mixed-used development. “Together with the announcement, we also inaugurated Idesia City Commercial that is set to complement Idesia Heights, our premier residential enclave as well as provide convenience shopping for day-to-day needs of the immediate neighborhood, not to mention superb access to businesses,” described P.A. Properties chairman Romarico “Bing” Alvarez.
Alvarez also is glad to announce the completion of the 2-kilometer Idesia Avenue, Idesia City’s main road connecting the township between Emilio Aguinaldo Highway and Governor’s Drive, Cavite’s main roads. “With the inauguration of Idesia Avenue, we also welcome the opening of the Sakura Bridge located within Idesia City, which will serve as an alternative route to Emilio Aguinaldo Highway. With the inauguration of Sakura Bridge, residents of Idesia City will have preferable passage going to the other highways of Dasmariñas City.”
P.A. Properties is the other half of the partnership responsible for the evolution of Idesia City. It began in 2017 when Hankyu Hanshin—a 75-year-old Osaka-based real estate giant with a portfolio of more than 26,000 units in five southeast Asian countries—came looking for a partner in the Philippines, they immediately considered P.A. Properties thanks to similar values they share. “We’re all in agreement in promoting the ‘Ideal Way of Living’ and ‘Life at Every Turn’, this time in the Philippines,” said Alvarez.
And what the partnership envisioned for Idesia City Commercial was to house offices, start-up companies, BPOs, banking institutions, fast food chains or restaurants, supermarkets, and shopping centers. There will be 28 lots to be offered ranging from 529 sq.m to 2,606 sq.m.
Taking advantage of this commercial hub is the Idesia Heights which has been constructed and is located very near Idesia City Commercial. It offers premium units, the Fuji and Yuri model homes. Inspired by the signature Japanese minimalist architectural design, both model units offer more room and space where residents can have quality time together. While Fuji is a 2-story, 3-bedroom single detached unit with a total floor area of 82.98 sq.m on 120 sqm lots, the Yuri, on the other hand, are 2-story, 2-bedroom single detached unit offering a total 63.30 sq.m floor area on 96 sq.m lots. “It’s where you can find everything homebuyers ever wanted in a community—Clubhouse/ multipurpose hall, lap pool and kiddie pool, BBQ area, playground area, parking area, futsal, outdoor toilet, perimeter jogging path, wide green spaces, and even wooden benches,” described Alvarez.
