PA-Hankyu One, Inc. Holds Ceremonial Groundbreaking for Idesia Dasmariñas Phase 2 and Idesia Heights; Inaugurates New Showroom & Sales Office

Dasmariñas, Cavite – PA-Hankyu One Inc., the joint venture between Laguna-based developer P.A. Alvarez Properties and Development Corp. (P.A. Properties) and Japanese real estate giant, Hankyu Hanshin Properties Corp. (HHPC), is expanding its footprint with the groundbreaking of the 9.18-hectare residential communities of Idesia Dasmariñas Phase 2 and the 5.64-hectare Idesia Heights. Both are welcome additions to the 11-hectare Phase 1 that was launched in 2017.

Idesia Dasmariñas is the flagship project of the joint venture and is the third overseas project of HHPC in the Southeast Asian region. The 37-hectare Idesia Dasmariñas township is a masterplanned community that will cater to urbanites; startup, growing or middle-income families; and those who seek to upgrade their total community living. Apart from affordable yet attractive dwellings, they will get to live in a property that preserves the original greenery of the site, plus the addition of more trees and flowering plants.

Idesia Dasmariñas Phase 2 will have 648 housing units and is expected to generate PhP2B in total sales. Price ranges from PhP2.80M to PhP7M.

Inspired Living at Idesia Heights

There is more to home than fine finishes, quality craftsmanship and architectural integrity. At Idesia Heights, homes will reflect all of these and more. An exclusive community that will employ high architectural standards, this quaint, charming enclave will be further enhanced by detailed garden landscaping. The floor plans were well thought out to balance luxury with the comfort and coziness of a family home.  Quite simply, Idesia Heights is envisioned to be the ideal place where even a large family can grow and have the space to create wonderful memories together.

Idesia Heights will have 300 housing units which will be available in 120sqm LA/82.98sqm FA and 96sqm LA/63.3sqm FA cuts and is expected to generate PhP1.5B in total sales. Price ranges from PhP5M to PhP8M.

“We have worked toward this end over the past year and being able to break ground for Idesia Phase 2 and Idesia Heights is most gratifying,” shared Mr. Romarico “Bing” Alvarez, P.A. Properties Chairman. “Through Idesia Dasmariñas, we will be providing families with a great community with amenities homebuyers are looking for in a more expensive home, but at a reasonable price.”

Strategically located near two main arteries going to and from Cavite and into Metro Manila, the community is within the usual route of provincial buses and express vans and within a reasonable distance from Coastal Road and South Luzon Expressway.

Shopping malls like SM City, Robinsons Place, and Waltermart in Dasmariñas are within reach from Idesia as well as educational institutions such as De La Salle University – Dasmariñas, Lyceum of the Philippines University (Cavite campus), St. Paul College Dasmariñas, and Emilio Aguinaldo College. DLSU Medical Center, Emilio Aguinaldo Medical Center, and the GenTri Doctors Medical Center are all a stone’s throw away between 10-20 minutes from the project site.

For those wanting a quick relaxing trip outside the city, Idesia is about 30 minutes away from Tagaytay and less than two hours from Nasugbu, Lian, and Calatagan in Batangas.

New Idesia Showroom & Sales Office

Coinciding with the groundbreaking of Idesia Dasmariñas Phase 2 and Idesia Heights is the inauguration of the new showroom & sales office. Situated at the entry point of Idesia, the 30-M, 1,936 sqm Idesia Showroom & Sales Office will boast of modern Japanese-inspired architectural design and will house the sales reservation/booking area. “Advancing the way service is delivered to potential customers requires state-of the-art facilities designed to provide people with an environment that is conducive to addressing inquiries and concerns and a space that can adopt new technologies as they become available. The new Idesia Sales Office was built on that premise,” Alvarez pointed out.

Apart from accommodating sales inquiries and entertaining potential clients, the new Idesia Showroom & Sales Office will also showcase the materials used in housing construction, three-dimensional scale models of the housing units and the entire master-planned community as well.
