SPECIAL ADVISORY: Payment Options

Amidst the global health crisis brought about by COVID-19, we, at P.A. Thus, we have made settling your dues easier and more convenient for you through payment channels that you can use without leaving your homes.

Important notes:

  • PAAPDC covers Laguna, Lipa and Lagro projects/transactions.
  • For amortization and equity payments, you may also pay with PayPal. You may launch PayPal via the PA Properties website www.paproperties.com.ph or through the amortization payment reminder we send to your email.
  • Take a photo or have a scanned copy of the deposit slip and email to custcareadvisory@
    paproperties.com.ph together with the following information: Full name of buyer, Name of the property with Block and lot number, and your Customer Identification Number (CIN).
  • You may also conduct over-the-counter transactions in banks that are open during business hours.

 

In accordance with the “Bayanihan to Heal as One Act,” P.A. Properties is likewise providing an extension time of 30 days from the lifting of the ECQ within which to pay monthly amortizations and equity payments whose due dates fall within the Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) period:

  • Only Monthly amortizations and equity payments whose due dates fall within the ECQ period are covered by the extension. No penalties or additional interest will be charged on these payments.
  • The extension does not apply to delinquent accounts prior to ECQ.
