The Showroom that Presents the Ideal Way of Living

Last July 13, 2019, P.A. Properties-Hankyu One, Inc., the joint venture between Laguna-based property developer P.A. Alvarez Properties & Development Corporation, and Osaka-based Hankyu Hanshin Properties Corp., celebrated the groundbreaking of Idesia Dasmariñas Phase 2 and Idesia Heights – a welcome addition to the 11-hectare Idesia Dasmariñas Phase 1. Idesia boasts of The Ideal Way of Living, and while the phrase may sound abstract when taken in general context, there is a key element from the event that made the promise concrete and tangible – the showroom.

Fastidiously planned, meticulously researched, and impeccably executed, the showroom employs key scientific principles to ensure proper ventilation and influx of sunlight. The green wall and the shading devices protect the showroom from solar radiation. The north garden cools the air. High side windows let in air and sunlight and the concrete floors have a lot of heat storage to keep the ground cool during daytime. All these and more contribute to the overall experience that makes clients feel the ideal way of living as soon as they walk through the door.
